  6.     Introduction:

  8.     This paper is wrote with a non-technical mind in focus.  It
  9.     is my intent to explain what gravity is first and then later
  10.     explain how U.F.O.s use this force to travel.  I will refer
  11.     in this paper to Robert Lazar, a physicist who has claimed to
  12.     "back-engineered" one of 9 UFOs housed at S4.  S4 is separated
  13.     from Area 51 flight test facility at Groom Lake by the Papoose
  14.     Range of mountains in Nevada.  Lazar said he worked on one of
  15.     the craft during the time of 1988-89.  There is a well known
  16.     video known as "The Lazar Tape" which also covers this area as
  17.     well.

  21.     Before we can understand how the Area S4 UFO "flys", we must
  22.     first understand a little about how gravity works and what it
  23.     is.  Generally there are two theories as to how gravity works
  24.     and what it is.  Some physicists state that gravity is a type
  25.     of "particle" with alleged sub-atomic particles which also 
  26.     include "gravitons".  This theory is really nonsense.

  28.     Secondly, most "main stream" physicists have a theory that 
  29.     gravity is a "wave".  This subject alone has caused mass 
  30.     confusion in the study of particle physics.  But at any rate for
  31.     our purposes, gravity is a wave.  There are two different types
  32.     of gravity waves that exist, Gravity A and gravity B.  Gravity B
  33.     we are all familiar with.  It is what holds the earth, as well as
  34.     the rest of the planets in orbit around the sun.  This gravity B
  35.     also is responsible for holding the moon in place around the Earth
  36.     and man-made satellites in orbit around the Earth.  You can 
  37.     observe gravity B by jumping into the air.  Gravity B will pull 
  38.     you back to the earth.

  40.     Gravity A on the other hand, works on a smaller level.  It is the
  41.     major contributory force which holds the "mass" that makes up all
  42.     protons and neutrons.  At least one atom of any substance must
  43.     exist before it can be considered "matter".  This gravity A is the
  44.     wave anyone would need to access and amplify for "practical"
  45.     space/time distortion required for interstellar travel.  Gravity A
  46.     can be found in the nucleus of every atom of all matter here on 
  47.     earth and other matter thoughout the universe.

  51.     Since gravity A is located within matter that we have here on 
  52.     earth.  This means trying to access it is virtually inaccessible
  53.     here on earth with the naturally occurring elements found here on
  54.     earth.  Also we have no way of creating synthesized elements in-
  55.     which we can access this gravity A wave.  What is needed is an
  56.     element that is heavier which have enough protons and neutrons for
  57.     the cumulative gravity A wave to extend past the perimeter of the
  58.     atom so you can access it.  Once this element is found, you would
  59.     be able to amplify it just like any other wave in the electro-
  60.     magnetic spectrum.

  62.     Now that we understand what gravity is and how it works, let's 
  63.     talk about how the UFO Lazar talks of uses gravity to it's 
  64.     advantage.  In his video Bob Lazar talks about a interstellar
  65.     craft (u.f.o.) which he was "back engineering" to learn how the
  66.     craft's engine system worked.  His study of this craft was at a
  67.     place known as S4.  S4 is located in the Papoose Mountains or
  68.     rather "built" into the side of the mountain.  The hanger doors
  69.     were built on an angle with the slope of the mountain and painted
  70.     and covered with a sand texture to help camouflage the installation
  71.     from satellite photography.

  73.     This area is located about 125 miles north of Las Vegas, Nevada and
  74.     has been the site for many select and secret research and 
  75.     development projects such as the  U2, SR71, F-117A and SR75 aircraft.
  76.     This area is also about 15 miles south of the infamous Groom Lake
  77.     installation or Area 51.  According to Lazar this craft's engine
  78.     has a two fold purpose.  First it creates or "generates" the needed
  79.     intense gravity field used for interstellar travel and navigation.
  80.     Secondly it also generates the required power to run the other
  81.     sections of the craft.

  83.     The craft has three sections.  The lower section is where the 
  84.     gravity amplifiers are located.  The middle section is where the
  85.     amplifier heads, three "child-like" seats are located and the 
  86.     reactor are located.  The upper most section of the craft Lazar 
  87.     said he had no knowledge of, but he beleives it contained the
  88.     craft's navigational system and controls.  The reactor is loacated
  89.     in the center of the craft on the middle level and uses an element
  90.     called "element 115".  This element does not exist on our periodic
  91.     chart.

  93.     The gravity amplifiers fouces the gravity A wave to cause the space/
  94.     time contiuum to bend, much like the way it bends around a black
  95.     hole.  This bending allows the craft to travel vast distances at
  96.     lower speeds without traveling in a linear mode.  This intense 
  97.     gravitational field distortion would allow you to travel cross
  98.     many light years of space in little time.  The craft would position
  99.     itself between two points then generate the gravity A wave bringing
  100.     the two points closer together though the space/time distortion.
  101.     Move to the point were we want to be then turn off the gravity A
  102.     wave allowing the space/time to return to normal.

  105.     The gravity A wave is generated within the reactor of the craft
  106.     and amplified on the lower level of the craft.  The reactor uses
  107.     the element 115, which as was stated above, does not exist on our
  108.     periodic chart.  Inside the reactor, the element 115 is transmuted
  109.     to element 116 which is unstable and immediately decays releasing
  110.     anti-matter.  This reaction translates into 100 percent conversion
  111.     of matter to energy.  Solid state, near 100 percent efficient
  112.     thermoelectric generator translate the heat created by the reaction
  113.     within the reactor to electrical energy.  This electrical energy
  114.     is then used to amplify the gravity A wave and power other sections
  115.     of the craft.

  117.     The craft according to Lazar, has two modes of travel. While in 
  118.     the "Omicron" configuration the craft travels short distances near
  119.     a source of gravity like a planet or star.  Only one of the gravity
  120.     amplifiers are used for this mode of travel.  The gravity A wave
  121.     generated by the craft is "phase shifted" into the gravity B wave,
  122.     and this creates lift.  In the "Delta" configuration larger distances
  123.     can be traveled such as interstellar travel.  In this configuration 
  124.     all three gravity amplifiers are on.  It should also be noted that
  125.     the gravity amplifiers can be focused independently and they are
  126.     pulsed and do not stay on continuously.

  128.     How did the United States get such a craft?  Many theories have been
  129.     spinning around about this.  One theory which is hard to beleive 
  130.     said that during the Truman era, the President signed a treaty with
  131.     these "aliens" which simply put our government gave the "aliens"
  132.     the right to "study" us in exchange for their technically advanced
  133.     craft.  These craft are stored at S4 where they were being "back-
  134.     engineered".  Another theory states simply that craft crashed here
  135.     on earth and were taken to S4 for study, including the "bodies".
  136.     The constellation of Reticulum is in our planet's southern
  137.     hemisphere were it can only be viewed.  According to some persons
  138.     these beings are from Reticulum 4 which is the fourth planet out 
  139.     from Zeta 2 Reticuli.  Just like earth their planet also rotates
  140.     on its axis as it orbits around Zeta 2 Reticuli, however a day on
  141.     Reticulum 4 is about 90 earth hours long.
